Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Willie Nelson Shop gear as much as a classic country tune, so we offer returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
